Lapras can be found in Kanto, Johto, and Unova.

In Kanto (Sevii Islands), Lapras can be found in Icefall Cave Back Cave on Four Island as an Ultra Rare spawn while surfing.

In Johto, Lapras can be found in Union Cave B2F on Fridays.Lapras spawns once every Friday.You must complete Serena’s Quest before Lapras spawns.

In Unova, Lapras can be found in Dream of Water Concealed Bay as an Epic spawn while surfing.
