Union Cave

To get to Serena’s Quest & Lapras, you want to enter Union Cave from either Route 32 or Route 33.

Then you will want to go to the southwest corner and go down the stairs (F).

Then you want to go east and go down the stairs (G).

Now travel to the southwest corner until you run into Serena to complete her quest, then surf east until you run into Lapras.
